Exciting news – save the date!
Dr. Marita Kloseck, the creator of the Leisure Competence Measure (LCM) and the current Director of the School of Health Studies and of the Aging and Community Research Lab at Western University in Ontario is going to be coming to the Metro Vancouver area next month We heard just recently, thanks to our TR colleagues who work for the Fraser Health Authority in Mental Health that Dr. Kloseck will be here and she has kindly agreed to provide BCTRA members with a presentation while she is here.
The presentation will be held in the Gym at Sunny Hill Health Centre and via videoconference on Thursday February 20thfrom 3- 4:30 p.m.
This is an opportunity to learn from an individual who has made a positive impact in the field of Therapeutic Recreation so please save the date and plan to participate if you can!
