Webinar: Building a Strengths Based Team on Purpose

Thursday November 29th, 2018

12:00 pm – 1:00 pm

Webinar Synopsis:

As recreation professionals we’re focused on motivating, inspiring and supporting our clients to reach their goals and enjoy meaningful leisure experiences. However, all too often we feel stuck on teams, or manage teams that zap our energy and leave us depleted at the end of a meeting or work-day. How can we improve the team dynamics in the companies, organizations, departments and interdisciplinary teams we are members, contributors and managers of? If you’re leading a team or are a member of a team, then join us and learn three strategies that you can use to leverage your team’s collective genius.

Objectives of the Webinar:

  1. Each attendee will learn three practical strengths based strategies they can implement to improve team dynamics.
  2. Each attendee will be able to describe and explain the key characteristics of a strengths based team versus a team that doesn’t follow a strengths based framework.
  3. Each attendee will be able to explain the benefits of participating on a strengths based team and of focusing on their own personal strengths.
