The present stud} sought to identify benchmarks for inclusive community recreation services by which agencies can compare their services for people with disabilities. Structure, process, and outcome variables were analyzed. The results showed that model programs utilized most of the process variables previously identified in the literature, despite a wide range of structural variables. It is suggested that future benchmark studies on inclusive community recreation sendees focus primaril}’ on outcome variables and how these outcomes are attained.
